Sub-processors
Third-party providers SkillMind engages to deliver the platform. Updated when material changes occur.
What is a sub-processor?
A sub-processor is a third party we engage to help us deliver the SkillMind platform. Each sub-processor is contractually bound to data-protection obligations no less protective than those in our Data Processing Addendum.
Current sub-processors
LLM inference for AI Concierge, AI program generator, session brief/debrief, and AI-graded assessments.
Product-analytics events for aggregated, anonymized usage telemetry. No tenant content is sent.
Transactional email delivery for password resets, notifications, and invitations.
Primary application + database hosting. Stores PostgreSQL, Redis, and S3-equivalent object storage for tenant data.
Payment processing for self-serve checkout, marketplace bookings, and tenant invoices. PCI scope is fully delegated.
Notification of changes
When we add or replace a sub-processor, we update this page and notify customers via the in-product notification surface. Customers may object within 14 days; absent a written objection, the change is deemed accepted under section 4 of the DPA.
